We collect information you choose to share with us when you join the H3AL community list, register to volunteer, RSVP for an event, apply to partner with us, make a donation, or shop our store.
Directly from you

We use your information to run H3AL Network as the community platform it's meant to be:

Text & email communications
When you check a consent box on one of our forms, you're agreeing to receive messages from H3AL Network at the phone number or email you provide. Depending on the box you check, these may include:

Volunteer opportunities and advocacy initiatives

Marketing and promotional messages about our shop and programs

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of volunteering, donating, or receiving services.
When we share information
We share information only with the people and services that help us operate:
Service providers - our website, forms, and CRM run on GoHighLevel/LeadConnector infrastructure, which processes data on our behalf
Payment processors- donation and shop payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers
Partner organizations, such as Norwescap, only where you've engaged a joint program and with your knowledge
Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of our community
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Shop & payments
When you purchase from the H3AL Shop, we collect your shipping address, order details, and payment confirmation to fulfill and track your order. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. Proceeds support H3AL's events, programs, and community work.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep forms working smoothly, and understand which pages and programs resonate with our community. You can control cookies through your browser settings; turning them off may affect how parts of the site function.
